The villa sleeps 8 (very
comfortably!) A refurbished 4 bedroom farmhouse villa in Javea. A larger than average private swimming pool set
in large gardens. Air conditioning / heating. 4
bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms and dining room. Situated in
the heart of a gentle valley. The sea is a 10 minute walk
and Javea is a few minutes drive and offers more beaches,
shops and a variety of bars and restaurants.

three centuries have made it intriguing and beguiling.
As a house, it has an ability to relax you and help you
to dismiss the outside world within a few minutes of
arriving. If you want to stay in a brand new, marble
finished, villa then this might not be for you – but

you would like to join the long list of thrilled holiday
makers who love something a bit different, a bit quirky
and fabulous, then this may just what you are looking
for!
It is set in its own grounds with its own gated private
entrance and one and a half acre gardens (which are
tended once a week) allowing all guests – even from the
largest of parties – to find a quiet and hidden garden
terrace to relax in and recharge the batteries. Keen
gardeners will appreciate the wide variety of plants –
fig, almond, orange, pomegranate, olive, plum, and
palm trees of all shapes and sizes. In the gardens a built-in barbecue offers an
alternative means of cooking for the al fresco
enthusiast.
It is only a few minutes drive from the beach and town and 10 minutes from the golf
course. a large 10m x 5m pool (underwater
lighting) within a walled terrace, which basks in
sunshine until evening.
The accommodation is on several levels and consists of
large spacious rooms - beamed sitting room, with a stone
fireplace. Satellite television, DVD player and video
are provided. There is a large fully fitted kitchen and
a separate dining room. There are 4 large bedrooms
(2
double beds and 2 twin bedded) – 2 en suite, plus
a separate shower room and toilet. All have airconditioning and heating for the winter months. The
kitchen is large and well equipped, and there is an
outside bamboo covered patio that is a popular dining
area for most of the year. The house also has many other
tiled terraces that you can pick to relocate the dinner
table to if you so wish.
